Intro to Crochet: The Forever Fashionable Granny Square Workshop | Tuesday, July 16, 6-9pm

  • Granny squares have come back in a big way. They look so intricate but did you know they’re actually easy to make? Join us for this fun workshop where we’ll be exploring all the steps to create this crochet staple. The granny square is perfect for beginners and once you get the hang of the initial steps you’ll be able to create endless patterns—from clothing to home goods! You’ll finish class with your own granny square and fundamental crochet knowledge to begin or further your fiber arts journey.

Instructor: Uma Tedeski is a Sunset-based crochet artist who has learned various techniques through her own dedication and passion for the craft. Uma is a strong believer in slow fashion and learning to create your own household and clothing necessities.
