Our yarn is big and heavy! And the pandemic has created a significant increase in shipping prices. But please know that we're constantly on the look out for ways to make shipping more efficient and cost effective.

 

• All orders ship within 1-7 business days of being placed

• Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

• In a hurry? We are happy to offer express shipping services when we're able, please contact us for rates and special handling at info@lovefestfibers.com.

• Please note that we cannot be responsible for any errors made by mail carriers. And as much as we'd love to, we're unable to replace packages that are stolen from your doorstep or mailbox.

• Returned packages: We are happy to attempt sending again once a package has been returned to us but shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer, this includes orders that would otherwise qualify for free shipping. Thanks so much for your understanding!

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in their destination country. We cannot estimate or cover duties/customs on international orders.

 

RETURN POLICY

We will be happy to offer an exchange or store credit on any merchandise that is in its original, unused condition within 7 days of your order delivery date. Please contact us at info@lovefestfibers.com and we'll provide you with the necessary return information.

• We can only accept products that are in their original packaging. Yarn that is  out of its original labelling or unwound in any way cannot be returned.
• We're unable to refund shipping charges or cover return shipping, apologies!
• Sale, sample sale & seasonal limited edition colors are not eligible for returns
• We can only accept returns on those items purchased directly from lovefestfibers.com

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or returns on international orders. Please email us in advance of placing an order if you're uncertain about a product or color.
