The Sophie Scarf is a simple modern classic In knitting & knitwear design circles. It's worked back and forth in one piece, from tip to tip in garter stitch with built-in i-cord edges. We knit it up here in the softest fiber possible, Meelam Hand-spun Pashmina (aka cashmere) in Peony. We were excited to create this version of the Sophie with just one 50g skein, which comfortably reaches around the neck once with nice draping ends. The great thing about this pattern is that you can knit it with any number of grams of yarn because you can increase until you've used up about half the grams in your skein and then start decreasing (just have a little scale handy).
